I have a Digital Research dual format DVD burner on my PC. I have been burning DVD's with shrink + nero and no problems. I wanted to make a music cd from my cd music collecetion on a blank cd-r. When I try to do so, the drop-down tab to select the burning speed on nero is blank. So when I click burn it reads the music files I want to burn, but does not burn to cd.

I thought maybe it was the dvd burner in my pc that has a problem, so I hooked up an external cd-r burner to my pc and it does the same thing.

Any help on this would be greatfull. Thanks.
