I don't use the WinMX Default servers, I use different personal servers.
I had my modem off for a few days, thusly my IP was changed, and now I cannot connect to users to download.

I can connect to the servers I use just fine, however, I cannot download from any of the users (from any of the servers).

I've tried:
Selecting "Unable to accept incoming connects."
Rebooting my computer.
Unplugging my modem.

Ports:
TCP:6699 UDP:6275
TCP:608 UDP:608
TCP:3098 UDP:None

I'm using Windows XP (SP2, the Firewall is turned off).
I don't have any firewalls, nor do I use a router.

I use WinMX 2.6 (I've read that updating works, but that's only for WinMX's default servers since they block connections from any versions that are not up-to-date.)

My bandwidth report:
