Hi, im not sure if im asking in the right section so pleas move as nessicery.

Im wondering if anyone knows where i can get a rom of a PSX game, more spicificly Breath of Fire 3 and 4 as it it near impossible to get it where i live as the game shops have stopped selling PSX games and only sell any second hand ones people hand in. So if anyone know can you help.

Thanks

Sorry forgot about my other question. Is there a way to play backed up PS2 games without using swapmagic or a modchip?

PS2 games are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit. The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs.
So, the only way to play backups is to get boot-discs or a mod-chip.

As far as helping you find games, google "bittorrent".

i know probly wrong section to ask but im using the Pgen emulator for PS2 that came with EVO Action replay MAX and i was wondering if its known to have a problem with the sound on the roms. more details are as follows, im using BIN files as they are the ones ive found it recognises and the work fine on the PC but have a strange sound problem when played on the PS2 and on a game like sonic when the sond starts skipping it slows down sonic.

Anu ideas?

p.s sorry if its in the wrong section please move if it is.
