i/o error?

lately all the games that i have been buying i have tryied to make copys with dvd decrypter and towards the end it tell me there is an i/o error with the sound or other stuff how can i fix that specially when i am playing a game that has a story mode and it is like a old kung fu movie only i can never finish hearing what they are saying cause the next level starts if any one can please help i would greatly appreciated.
