Error Message when burning CD with Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4

After downloading music from the web and saving to my hard drive, I am attempting to burn the mp3 files to a CD with my Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4. In my last few attempts, it burns maybe 5-6 of the music files, stops and gives the following message: "T7124-Track write error - CD Read failed. Errors reported by output device" I have never had these issues with my burner before. Any suggestions what might be the cause and what I can do to correct it.
