is there a working game cube emulator that plays real games (like res evil) and if so can it play things like iso and img files of the games off of a computers hd?

There's dolphin but it can only run Bust-a-move 3000 and some other low-demanding games but certainly no games like metroid prime, RE4... (although i overheard somebody saying you can get RE4 loaded till title screen)
