As a newby to dvd recording on a standalone system I have some Q's.
Can I link a DVD R to an NTL cable box and record directly to disc?
If so can I watch one sat station and record another?
Does the average recorder use any compression? If so how much could I expect to fit on a 4.7GB disc?
I'm looking at a LiteOn LVW-5006B from E-Buyer. Anybody have any thoughts or comments?
