Is it just me or did lokitorrent.com work earlier today, and then suddently shut down?
The homepage is replaced with a screen that looks created by the MPAA. Anyone else confirm?

gutted just there myself now gone made donaion yesterday thought if they got help with there legal fees it would keep it alive abit longer well more then a couple of months as thats when they started of asking for money for legal fees and i gave back then.i hope that they didnt run off and that they really do have true reason also the pirate bay forums gone down...........could be wrong.....

Ya i donated too, about 15 dollars total not that much but i feel slightly betrayed. After Suprnova went down lokitorrent was my only refuge, i'm sad but life goes on and there are still torrent sites up.

I went to mufftorrent.com (Lokitorrent's p0rn sister site) and I get this error:
Site is currently in Maintenance mode.
This is a temporary outage while we backup our SQL server, it will only last a few moments. Please check back then.

check pirate bay. it's almost all in swedish, but you can figure it out easily enough. In addition, their responses to 'legal threats' section is really funny! Check what they say about Enya.
