i have got the DFX 7.2 for winamp. it really kicks ass with its features and the presets. but it doesn't have a "heavy metal" or "metal" preset. the only close to it is "80's hard rock". do you know where i can find presets like this or can you tell me the settings i can do in order to have a metal preset?

You saying it is close to what you would like -->then You can use "80's hard rock" as the basic starting point for making your own -- once you have loaded that preset -- you should see the settings it has on your equalizer window -- make the final adjustments to suit your ears -- and save it as ""whatever name you want""
