SPDIF w/ MP3 + DirectSound. No Output

I recently had to update soundcard drivers (integrated ALC 850 on MSI Platinum Neo2) and had problems outputting DirectSound/Wave via my SPDIF. I can play AC3 files fine through it but I can't get iTunes or any other non-AC3 sounds to come from it. I have AC3Filter 0.70b (I've tried the new 1.05 RC5 too) and have gotten DirectSound/Wave to work before. Any ideas?
