My Viper GC problem

Hello everyone :)
I bought the modchip viper gc, installed it, my computer recognizes it, writes BIOS, compares BIOS correctly, and so on...
The problem is, when going to play, it appears the original BIOS :( What can it be? Anyone with the same problem?
Soldering is welldone (at first time, the brown wire got apart and the dvd drive didn't spin, so there was no image... but now everything's ok).
I just tried to write the chip in one computer (my computer, a celeron 700).
Please who has the same problem, discuss here, we must get to a solution!!!

If the lid is open, then it goes to gamecube menu - it doesn't bypass the lid detection

My gamecube is a DOL-001 (europe)
