Winmx, what is going on?

I've used Winmx for years. There are weird things going on lately. I've noticed a bunch of 'fake'? users. They always have 3000 files available but you can't access them, you can't message them. Who or what are they?I don't know what bandwidth colors mean but I do notice a distinct difference. Outgoing orange, pink & blue are all steady at 7000,2700 & 1400 respectively, no white. Incoming is similar but spiky and I cannot upload. This seems to come and go. Any ideas or am I just making something out of nothing?
