My Microadvantage 16DDVRW-A13 will not recognize DVDs at all anymore. I have downloaded the latest firmware and installed both A60 and A70 upgrades and I have wiped out XP and reinstalled TWICE. Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love this drive but I am really get fed up with this problem. Please, help.

Just in case anyone cares (its pretty obvious that no one does considering the amount of help I received) I exchanged the DVD burner at Office Depot and haven't any problems with the replacement.
