i need had bad.
my computer is moving slow, reving up like a car at times. when im on the internet my pages freezes a lot. and when i got to my task manager my cpu usage is at 100% i think thats where my pc is mess up at. any help will good thanks
and by the way my pc is not out dated

download ccleaner from ccleaner.com & run it to clean the crap out of windows like cookies & such. update ad-aware se & run it to get rid of spyware of computer. download, update & run avg7 free version from grisoft.com to check for viruses. do an online scan with antivirus.com free housecall to confirm no viruses
