Hi

I recently had to repair XP H sp1a and reinstall updates since then I've been unable to play a couple of downloaded ALBW in mp3 format in either WMP9 (error: Module not found), Realplayer (cannot open file), Real Alternative gives most info

(error: You may not have ve required Codec or filters installed on the system)

Wont play in BS player either

They played fine in both Real and WMP9 before XP repair. Thought files might be corrupt so re downloaded both ALBWs but still same results.

Have searched this forum for codecs or filters but dont know which are required To save installing all can someone point me in right direction pleaz
