Playing Backup DVDs in Drive that played orignal - Doesnt Work!

I have a problem, I have backed up a DVD and finding that if i play it in the DVD player(home, tv one) that i played the original, it doesnt work. I then take the disk out of the player and put it in a totally different one and it works...It will also work in my DVD-ROM on the computer.

is it something to do with the player remembering the data and then getting confused? Is there some way of reseting the DVD player?

Not all DVD players will play all types of media. Some stand alone DVD players won't play any copy DVD media. Try a more expensive disc and if that doesn't work, you're probably out of luck. good luck

After 2 weeks i found one of the biggest problems.... the bitsetting on regular dvd burn won't work to play on regular dvd players. Read the following links use the utility and it will work.

Many people think is the media or the burning software or the DVD player... is not read the links..
