Burning downloaded torrents to DVD help!

I downloaded a ps2 game torrent and got the following files.
MSInfo document
70 .RAR files
and a SFV file

how do i burn it onto dvd?

1. install winrar
2. right click on the first rar file (.r01), "extract to"
3. iso will be extracted, burn away!
* be sure to uncheck iso on the winrar affiliation files
