Is there a freeware like enditall.com to kill unneeded programs running in the background to make it easier than going to Ctl+Alt+Delete and doing each .exe one by one?

But due to legal problems with Ziff-Davis , it is no longer available there --- May I suggest you google for it - i found it - but i cannot post the link here for fear of infringing of Ziff-Davis rights !!
