I thought I could share my experience with backups, Anaconda04 and GCOSv1.3.
First of all let me tell you that I use Max Drive Pro do execute .dol files. Anaconda04 and GCOSv1.3 both worked well with the Max Drive Pro. As for the backups I used Memorex mini-DVDs and burned, at 2x with Nero, a copy of Resident Evil 4 Trial Edition after all those stuffs with the Wiped GCM Fixer v1.4 and some funny or strange things happened. First I booted the backup with Anaconda04 and I could play the game a little bit until it appeared the reading error message while booting the same game with GCOSv1.3 I was only able to get to the title screen. So I thought well maybe my GC doesnt like the memorex mini-DVD and I also read all about the full size DVD so I decided to burn a full size DVD. I got a Princo full size DVD and burned at 4x and it freezes at the GCOSV1.3 then tried the Anaconda04 and it worked again only until the title screen. Then I burned at 2x but this didnt work at all with both Anaconda04 and GCOSv1.3. Well I will try some other brand of mini-DVD and full size or maybe the laser tweak.
