Specs:

tv
Advent Hdtv http://www.adventtv.com/docs/T27-3251_en.pdf

comp
p4p800 mobo
1.5 gig ddr
AIW 9800 pro 128 (cat. 5.2 installed)
other stuff not important here

problem:

I am using the included "red dongle" cable and component cables (6 ft) and I am getting nothing nada zip on the hdtv monitor. At first I thought great I got a defective unit, so I tried my dvd component in and that worked fine.

possible problems:

-I might need to reinstall Win Xp and drivers as Ive upgraded my catalyst many many times?

-Im using my crt monitor at the same time?

-Im just outta luck?

P.S. I'll write up a complete tutorial for this setup after I get it running. I use Lithtech extensivly for game design and was also wondering about 3DSM and HDTV setup problems and potential workarounds.
