Samsung R100 DVD Recorder

HI there.

My Mum and dad just bought 2 Samsung R100 DVD recorders one for the kitchen and the other for the Den.

The one in the Den is working fine and records everything fine.

The one in the kitchen that my mum uses is not working. It is set up the same as the one in the den but when I preset it to record either via Video plus or just manually timer it records only BBC1 whether I preset it for BBC2 or ITV1 or Cable.

All the cables are in the correct place and the channels are preset ok as I can change them manually. If I put it on Ch4 and press record it will record 4 fine.

We use 4GB RAM Disks which were bought with the machine.

Any help would be appreciated.
