I've been looking on www.shop4tech.com and was thinking about buying these, http://www.shop4tech.com/user.htm?go=view_item&id=2423&cata=&s_cata= . My first question is are these DVD's any good? I've never heard of them before i've been using wal-mart spindles and have had no trouble burning well over 100 movies but i'd like to do it a little cheaper. Second of all you will see if you click on these DVD's that they are compatible with the LiteOn SOHW-1633s (the dual layer version of my drive) I was wondering if i could flash my drive with this firmware or would it screw something up?

Also, if i can do this firmware flash how would i go about doing it? Can anyone point me ina good direction so that i can research firmware updates and learn how to do this?
