If I purchase the Plextor 716 A drive which is $109.99 after rebate on newegg will I have to pay for nero as well?

My PX-716A came with the Basic version of Roxio EMC7. If yours comes with Nero, you won't have to pay for it, but it will probably be a Basic version, also.
