Sony Dvd burner Problem ;o/

Can any one help me.. I have a Sony dvd Burner and i was trying to burn a dvd with CloneDVD 2 and when i did it said i had an error so i thought no big deal. Well now the drive wont stop flashin and wont eject or go back in by self i had to self eject the disk out. I have tried restarting my computer/ shutting down my computer/ unplugging the power source to dvd burner then back in/ switching the idle cords.... and nothin seems to be working .. can anyone help me ?
