Yeh I got a problem that hopefully one of y'all can help me out with...My Download speed from File sharing programs (Kazaa,Emule,Limewire,and all torrents) is really really slow...I'm talking like 1kbps type of thing....but my download speed from the internet (like yousendit,rapidshare etc) is 110kbps.....why so different?

Please help coz this is driving me crazy...I've tryed port forwarding,port opening EVERYTHING...I ran a test of ports on Shield up and it said that 6881 - 6999 are "Stealth"...that good?!?

Here is My settings (I'm a newbie)

Tiscali 2.2Mbps Broadband
NO ROUTER
Windows XP SP2

(I'm not sure if you need any more information)
