hp 435 into a webcam?

I saw a commercial about a digital camera, which could be used as webcamera through USB (found in http://www.tvins.com). It doesn't sound to be a hard task for any camera, becouse at least hp435 has a live videofootage running when taking a shot. Sounds like all I need to turn my camera into webcamera is a right software.

So I'm asking, has anyone already tried this or does anyone have any ideas how this could be done?
