has anyone got a working copy of this emulator for the ps1?
i have it, but only get as far as the ps1 logo
its on cd format

I think it's fake, only C64 emulators for Sony consoles I've heard about have been for PS2.

I know your probably not trusting me now after that outburst I had about GT4 working on a dual layer disc, but I think romero is right. Check out this site, http://www.zophar.net/consoles/psx.html, it shows most, if not all of the playstation emulators to date. Where did you find this emulator at hursty? Because if it is actually real I wanna check it out myself.

it may be for the ps2,noy sure wgat it is,its nethier a ps1 nor ps2 logo,i assumed its a ps1 game due to the fact that iys 192mb in size,
cant say where i got it from

The size won't tell absolutely nothing (I assume that you have a CD image of that size) since most of the emulators take only 1 or 2 megabytes of disc space: Everything else consists probably from ROMs.
There's 2 C64 emulators for PS2: PS2-DC64 and PS2VICE, try to check if yours is one of these. If so, they won't naturally run on your PS1.

i have burnt the image,and its approx 190 mb,it should contain all the games.
i assumed its ps1,although i am trying to boot it on a chipped ps2,either way it dont work

One anonymous torrent package is about 192 Mb and it is for PS2.
