Hi,
Am having problems trying to play NTSC PS2 backup games on my tv,(screen keeps flickering),have read about an NTSC to PAL converter would this do the job,if not any advice please,cheers,Tartdog.

that tutorial is for patching PAL-->NTSC.
If you want to patch from NTSC-->PAL, try this:
Make a .iso file of your game using DVD Decrypter (Alcohol 120% if the game is a cd-rom), then patch and burn it.
1)Download adr patcher:
http://img167.exs.cx/img167/2601/adrpatcher059ap.jpg
Just save the link to your hard drive. Then, right click on it and select Open With-->Choose Program-->Winrar Archiver. Then click extract to and extract the files to your hard drive.
2)Run adr_patcher.exe
3)Click browse and select the iso file of the game.
4)Select .PS2 NTSC -> PAL PATCH ROUTINE (NO Y POS)
5)Select Begin Search.
6)The program will search for locations to patch the game. When it finishes, patch the file.
7)Burn the patched .iso file using DVD Decrypter (Alcohol 120% if the game is a cd-rom).

but i would go to pal->ntsc right? cause im trying to patch from pal to ntsc on does the program patch like super quick?

this sux i tried patching up your arsenal n no luck. im trying from PAL to NTSC the only problem is that there is no picture on the screen.

I try to keep a list of games that can be patched and those that can't be.
