is there any way that i can condense lor return of king extended version onto one disc like the other two movies

Yes...

Rip Both main movie files to Hard Drive

Open Shrink

Click on Re-author

Browse to the first ripped DVD

Drag Title from left window to the right

Browse to second ripped DVD

Drag title from left window to the right

Click on compression Tab

Remove unwanted subtitles and sound (Suggest keep only 5.1CH)

Click on back up!

Make sure you use quality enhancment settings for this one!!
