bearshare lite uses gnutella networks which makes it faster, you can download games,movies.tv shows,music, pictures, programs, and much more. it is pretty much as good as bearshare pro which you have to pay for, although with lite it's free
I would recomend "Warez P2P Client" because it's faster than morpheus (in my opinion), and because it has less spyware than almost all the others. If you want a P2P program with absolutely no spyware/adware, then I would go for WinMX.
