k. Major problem here. I have read the other threads, and people have asked this, but nobody answered them. SO here goes.

I use azureus, and all my downloads are green. They go up to 60kb/s but just for 3 seconds, and then they go down and stay at 10. after a while they go to 40kb/s, and then they go back to 8, or 10kb/s. it is really annoying. Does anybody have a fix for this problem? all my ports are forwarded, unblocked, my firewall is turned off. I don't know how to turn xp firewall off, but I don't think I have it. I also forwarded the ports in my network places.

Any quick help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Are your torrents popular, or do they require registration? That may be the problem.

You might want to try using a different port for Azureus such as 53000.
