How to edit a disc structure

Hi!

I've got 3 question about the topic. I've read some guides, but there wasn't mentioned everything.

First:
If i want to remove all the IDs from a title with ifoedit i get no files in the destination directory. Is this normal? So i should delete the VTS_02_x.* files for example? Or how can i remove all the IDs, so the whole title?

Second:
I removed some IDs from a title with ifoedit and after that when i choose a button in the dvd menu it don't goes there. The original was good, but i didn't removed the ID where the button is pointing. So the question is: how can the links(redirects) in menu changed?

Third:
Is there a way to edit a dvd menu? For example i want to add a new language to a dvd, so i would like to add a new button to the language menu with the correct action. How can it be done?
