It seems nobody can make backup of GT4 becuase of few reasons, one of which is original game is on DL DVD.
If so, then how is PS2 able to read it.
Is ps2 capable of reading DL media? don't u need special hardware that is capable of reading DL medias?
When it cmes to making back-up you need DL reader/writter but do you honestly believe that ps2 can read Dl games?
How does DL worh anyways? DOn't u need 2 laser beams?

Matrix infinity modchip can read dl backups.
Other than that no.
Also gt4 is dual layer ptp.
We cant burn ptp only otp.
Thats why no-one has backed-up gt4 yet.

Sems to be same scenario for God of war. correct?
Have you noticed that's it's only very recent games made by Sony on DL, every other developer no problem for PS2 games. Seems only sony wants to protect their product. Lets not forget, PS3 is coming out in few months, so they are most likely just getting started.
Atleast rhis has not effected any games on XBOX, for now atleast.
