I have been using the bit torrent app for a couple of weeks. Works fine.
I have a question regarding security.
I can see all the IP addresses when I download something. Inbound and out, meaning that everyone can see my personnal info as well. (PC name)
I am using hotwhois to track IP's .
I thought that Azureus was using only ONE port, and I am concerned that anybody can see where I am and who I am.
Is there any way to counter that?

I wouldn't worry about that. Somebody's IP address can onyl giev someone so much info, such as what ISP it's at and where teh ISp is located. Besides, I bought that people downloadign things on Bittorrent really care who is downloadign stuff from the same torrent as them.
