DC++ Limiting Uploading to 1 country...

My ISP gives me a special deal if I upload and download from anywhere in NZ. Is there a way to get DC++ to upload ONLY to NZ IP's?

Try using an IP Filter. This special deal sounds very.. well odd to me, don't know what kind ISP does that?

Do you know where I can get an IP filter from?

My ISP only does this because there are no major websites hosted in NZ, they're all overseas. So they think that they're offering a special deal, when really they're just making themselves sound good.

I think DC++ has an in built IP filter, however you could try PeerGuardian 2 but I'm not sure how you configure it so it only accept a certain IP range.
