Hi all,

I'd appreciate any help you folks can provide. I bought a LiteOn LVW-5007, but couldn't get it to advance past the "Hello" prompt when I set it up. After doing a couple of email rounds with LiteOn tech support, they confirmed my unit was bad and sent me an RMA number. I sent the unit in and received a replacement. I hooked the unit up and it seemed to boot fine. Bolstered with this confidence, I updated the firmware, then powered the unit down. Now, when I power it back up, I get stuck at "Hello" again.

My question is...is there any way for me to somehow fix this problem, or am I doomed to dealing with Tech Support/RMA again?
