Is it an iso file? If the game is a zip or rar then you cant burn that and expect it to work.

i have a ps2(v12 slim) with the flip top cover combined with the swap magic 3.3. When i put in the cd version swap magic, it make some noise, then is get to the load screen where i can swap it with the cd-r game. The cd-r game load a long time than is normally does to boot up. The load make some loud noise, and when i take out the game, it had some scratches cause by that loud noise. When i put in the dvd version, it worked fine with no loud noise or scratches. Only the cd-r version had a problem, not the dvd version. I don't think i put in the screws too tight after i modded because it not. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
