How do I know if my PS2 game i am trying to copy needs to be burned on a cd-r or dvd-r?

If its original then you will see by the bottom of the disc.. If its purple then it will go onto a cd-r and if not then a DVD.

Another way to know is by the size of the disc, stick it in your computer and if its under 700mb then burn to a cd-r and if its over 700mb then it would need to be burned to a dvd-r.

And no matter what anyone tells you "DVD loader"
Is burned to a cd-r.

That came up earlier thought i would throw that in.

Are you sure jizmak i burnt dvd loader to dvd and it worked ;)
