AVI audio problems(WinDVR). some HELP please . . .

I have WinDVR 3, its a program that captures video from my TVtunner card.

well, none of the AVIs that I captured can be edited by adobe premiere pro. I get a audio bitrate error. But can be edited by TMPGenc, audio dont work but the video dose.
same whis other programs like "CyberLink PowerDirector".

stats on the setting used on WinDVR.
