I have heard alot of talk about these programs and I would like to try them out. Should I use the regular or lite version? Also, could someone point me to a good place to download this program? I do not want to be plagued with spyware when I install these. Thanks in advance.

Ares Lite.

download.com or zdnet.com or tucows.com are good download sites.

I use Cnet.com to download any P2P networks I wouldnt trust anyother site but thats just me
