I have a RCA DRC8005N. I do like it, and the picture quality is good. The thing I also like, it has an s-video out, plus composite out. It also has an input for camcorders, so that is a plus, and also a USB port. It has another set of audio/video/s-video in the front of the player. 1 thing I have noticed is that it does occassionally lock up. The book says to hit two buttons togather and hold them for 3 seconds. The bad thing is it clears your memory to factory settings then. What I do is unplug the unit, then plug it back in. All you have to do then is reset the clock for the time it is unplugged. Better than setting everything back up. Hope this helps out for anyone looking for a dvd recordr.
Anyone know of a good dvd recorder that has a hard drive, and can edit the commercials out on the hard drive before you record it on the disk?
