After MPT installed, "New Hardware Found" everytime I turn on my PC.

I can successfully install MPT to my pc. However, everytime I turn on my pc, Windows will pop me a message saying "New Hardware Found" and need to re-detect and re-install the modem driver for my cellular phone. If I disregard it, MPT won't work (kept initiating). So everytime I turn on my pc, I do need to let Windows to re-detect and re-install my cell. phone. Because of this problem, I have a list of motorola usb modem #1, #2, #3, #4 ... etc listed in my pc. This problem only happens to MPT and my cellular phone but not my other USB devices. It's very annoying. Is there a way to make Windows understand the driver and stop re-detect and re-install a new (but the same) driver every time I turn on my pc? Thank you for your help in advance.
