MPT does NOT read all phonebook entries

I am new to MPT and need some help. When I read the entries from the a630 or V66 some of the entries are missing. I have tried this on 2 computers with the same results. Is it the software or phones? Where can I cange the setup for the V66? I do not see anything for the connection settings. Any help/ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
