hi,
i have recently bought a BTC 16x dual layer drive inside an external enclosure (firewire connection) and just tried to update the firmware from drvupdate.com. however the program froze during installation and now it is just detected as a local drive. i have found the recovery steps but not sure if they will work as it is in an enclosure. any help would be much appreciated,
