A while back there was this really awesome guide for converting Pal dvds to NTSC, unfortunately, I lost the site in a harddrive reformat. If anyone knows where i can find the guide that is around 12 steps long, and includes the programs, besweet, avi2dvd, adobe audtion, cce encoder, and bitrate calculater, that would be great, if not...

What is the ratio needed to streth the pal audio, so there is no wierd pitch...any help would be great, thank you.
