would anybody reccomend bearshare and can somebody tell me a good firewall and antivirus and spware killer

i don't use the regular bearshare i use the lite version still free but i find it better 14sec downloads for me,my download speed is around 1mbps usually. i would also recomend a bittorent client like azurues which is good aswell (for larg files, nothing corrupt either) and i would also say to get spybot(free), microsoft antispywear(free) and it also removes adware, TuneUp Utilities 2004 for matinence problems you canget it off there site and if you want purchase it, for burning Acoustica norton anti virus, and for burning either Nero,alchole 120%, or Acoustica MP3 CD Burner.
