i got a sony computer and dvd burner. i got dvd x copy software . and i kno how to burn movies. but every dvd is pretty much dual layered . do they even sell dvd-r dual layered singl sided disc. if so please tell me where i can get one or how i can get my hands on them. or is there a way to compress the data so it can fit on a 4.7 gb disc. please help me out. kk thanx

I have not seen dual layered discs that you can use to record onto. If you want to fit a dual layered (dvd-9) onto one disc you will have to use Rempeg software or something similar, reducing the bitrate and changing the quality. There's plenty of information at Doom9 about that.
