My ISP is messing with azureus... no other explanation I guess

Hi
I posted a message some time ago saying that I was having trouble with azureus, suddenly all the faces were yellow, the ports said "nat error" when tested, and I couldn't download past 10 kbps, suddenly it got a little faster, and I got green faces and no nat errors, then it went way fast again, to 100 kbps with again, no yellow faces and no nat errors, all of a sudden, yesterday again I got all yellow faces and nat errors, I haven't done anything to my computer, anything, I don't have a router and I don't have a firewall, how come my port testing yields a nat error, then its ok, and then a nat error again? the only explanation I can think of is that its all fault of my ISP. what do you think?
