okay here is what happend i tried to burn a movie through nero the movie was only like 4gb so i didn't need to be compressed anyway at the begining of the burn operation a window poped up some files were not found blah blah blah it might be a defective write i know all the neccassary files were in there so i went to burn anyway and it did so but at the end of the burn after it was 100% complted it the burner wouldn't stop burning and then i pressed ctl+shift+esc and it said that nero wasn't responding so I ended task which froze my computer so of course I shut down manually and then ejected the disc that i just burned and it works fine but now my burner will not read blank disc and it won't read dvds but it will read cd's and cd-roms fine is my burner broken or can it be repaired

when i put a disc in the light will just flash and it will not load anything... please help
