i live in bangkok, where copied dvd movies are in abundance, i have a dvd writer and have been able to copy these movies for about the last year. but recently any new dvd i buy on the black market here is not reconised on my dvd drive. they play perfect on my stand alone dvd player but when i put them into my pc and try to open, i get a message (windows cannot read from this disc. the disc might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows). could it be that the people here, who coppied these movies for sale on the black market have encoded them so that they cant be coppied again? if so, how do i get round this problem? i have slysoft dvd anywhere and i use clone dvd for the burning. do i need to use any other programs to be able able to copy these discs?
